Renavize provides home improvement services, including but not limited to roofing, flooring, painting, and siding installation and repair. Our Services include:

  • Online scheduling and customer account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Create a strong password and keep it confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

4. Service Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Estimates and Consultations

Estimates provided by Renavize are based on information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery.

4.2 Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule but cannot guarantee specific dates or times until confirmed by our team.

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service cost.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with a final quote before beginning any work.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks. In some cases, we may accept other payment methods as specified at the time of service.

5.3 Deposits and Final Payment

For certain services, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Unless otherwise specified, the balance is due upon completion of the service.

5.4 Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property for service delivery. This includes securing pets, removing valuables from work areas, and ensuring clear access to service locations.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with service delivery or create unsafe working conditions
  • Harass or mistreat our staff or contractors
  • Misrepresent information about your property or service needs
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Renavize and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our website or its content
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RENAVIZE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RENAVIZE FOR THE SERVICES AT ISSUE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renavize, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your user content or feedback
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your conduct in connection with the Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Renavize agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renavize regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. Electronic Communications

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, or other industrial disturbances, electrical or power outages, utilities or telecommunications failures, earthquakes, storms, or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
